Application Process

We view recruitment as a two way process and an opportunity for you to
discover whether ABC is the place and culture, you wish to be part of,
as much as it our chance to see whether you would be right for us and
our organizational needs.
For consulting positions, please apply to us directly by initially emailing
your resume in MS Word to info@atiehbahar.com,
concisely stating your experience, proven skill set and qualifications.
From there your application will be considered by our HR professionals
alongside the relevant directors. We will contact you to require more
relevant information, as necessary.
If a position is available that fits your qualification, you will be
invited for an interview. If not, your resume will be kept on file or
referred to our sister company, Atieh
Roshan, which is involved in recruitment work.
For those who make it to the interview, we offer a
range of opportunities and therefore have designed
our selection processes around different types of
roles. As an example, all interviews are likely to
be competency-based and we'll try to keep the process
to two stages. Some appointments, however, may require
additional interviews and possibly psychometric evaluations
and/or aptitude tests.
Preparation is not required and we always consider
carefully whether additional tests are necessary.
You may also be asked to make a presentation, take
part in a group discussion or work on a case study.
In addition, you will get an opportunity to meet the team and see your
potential work environment.
